Food was great, very hospitable and friendly. Nigerian pancakes are great, pancake/crepe just a little sweet. Love the fish tank, and real coral and sea urchins. Unique fish, pretty and a shark. Atmosphere wad awesome. Customer was informative and friendly too. Will definitely stop on way home. Please check it out.. Definitely worth it.

We live in an area of Toronto where Caribbean food is everywhere and we eat it regularly, but this was the best oxtail I’ve ever had (by far). My husband had chickpea curry, very very good, fresh and intense flavours. We will be back!

Stopped here for lunch as part of the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail Adventure. I’m Guyanese and it was really unexpected to have Caribbean food in Northern Ontario. The chicken curry and roti was a taste of home I didn’t think I needed. This a great spot to stop at!

A great place to stop! We had the chicken curry with coconut rice and coleslaw. The food was wonderful, the restaurant felt like visiting your friend's dining room, but the people really made our visit special. Our girls were very interested in the large salt water tank, and the owner took the time to tell us all about the tank and even fed the fish so that we could see the snowflake eel hiding in the reef. Would eat there again anytime.

My husband and I celebrated our 51st Anniversary with a meal at Ije's Place. He ordered Jerk Chicken, and I ordered Goat Curry. Both were delicious! Our server recommended beans and rice as a side, and we are glad we took his advice: perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection! We will most definitely return for future treats! And be sure to check out their salt water aquarium.

We ordered takeout as we were leaving town and heading to camp. It was ready when we arrived. Served promptly by a friendly young woman. The chicken salad wrap was delicious…toasted with peppers and lettuce and a yummy dressing. And the Caesar salad was very tasty. Will definitely be grabbing takeout there again soon!!

Diamond in the rough! This place has such great food for such a remote location. The owners are incredibly welcoming and hospitable and will always stop to chat at your table. I love the home cooked meal feel to this place. If they have the curry goat or oxtail stew you cannot go wrong and they even have a great basic breakfast for a reasonable price. Don't drive past this place! Stop in even to say hi as they are some of the nicest people you will meet and the food is phenomenal!
